Information on the site
Stadesks prepares product pages, measurements, and these information pages with care. However, a text may contain a typo, or a photo may display the desktop slightly differently than the light in your room. The variant you choose, the description on that product page, and the order confirmation are leading for your purchase. If a sentence on an information page refers to a feature not listed on your product page, that feature is not part of your order.
Prices and stock are subject to change until the agreement is concluded. A price you see in an old browser tab is not binding if the checkout process shows a different price and you have not yet paid there. An obvious error will be corrected as described in the terms and conditions.
No medical advice
Texts regarding sitting, standing, and an ergonomic workspace are general explanations accompanying the furniture we sell. They are not a diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a doctor, physical therapist, or occupational therapist. If you have pain, a medical condition, or a question about the height appropriate for your body, please discuss this with a healthcare professional. Stadesks is not liable for decisions you base solely on these general texts.
The height range on the product page, often 72 to 120 cm for electric frames, is a technical measurement of the furniture. It is no guarantee that this measurement is the sole correct seating height for every body length. Use the selection guide to measure, and read the dimensions of the model you are purchasing.
Use of the furniture
A sit-stand desk is a work surface. It is not a step stool, play equipment, or a place to sit or stand on. The weight capacity on the product page, for example up to 100 kg or up to 120 kg for certain dual motors, refers to what is placed on the desk. If you exceed that weight or use the desk outside the scope of the manual, any resulting damage falls outside of a product defect.
Links to other sites
A link to a carrier, a payment service, or a government website, such as the Data Protection Authority or the FPS Economy, serves to show you the source. These sites operate under their own terms. Stadesks does not manage them and is not responsible for their content at the time you visit them.
Website availability
We strive to keep the webshop accessible. Maintenance, a platform malfunction, or an interruption in your connection may temporarily make the site unreachable. This does not create a right to compensation, unless mandatory law requires it in a specific case. An order that has not been confirmed is not an agreement.
Intellectual property
