Stadesks is the webshop for electric sit-stand desks, frames, and complete workstations. You can reach us for an order, a delivery, a return, a warranty request, or advice on which desk fits your space. We respond in Dutch. Messages in French are also welcome.

We are available from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 17:00. Messages received over the weekend or on a public holiday will be addressed on the next working day. We aim to respond within two working days. During busy periods or for questions that require us to consult the carrier first, it may take a little longer. You will receive confirmation that we have received your message.

We do not have a telephone helpdesk. We confirm all agreements regarding an order, a return, or a warranty by email so that you have a written record.

Setersedwarsweg is our business address. It is not a pickup point or a showroom. Do not come by without an appointment that we have confirmed by email in advance. Only send back a desk you wish to return after we have provided the return instructions.

What to include in your message

The more complete your message, the faster we can provide a useful answer. For an existing order, always include:

  • your first and last name, as they appear on the order;
  • the order number;
  • the email address used to place the order;
  • the name of the product and, if you chose a specific version, the color and dimensions;
  • a brief description of your question.

In the event of a damaged delivery, a missing part, or a defect, please attach photos. A photo of the label on the box, a photo of the damage, and a photo of the item as a whole help us determine whether it concerns transport damage, a manufacturing error, or a missing assembly part. For a motor or a control panel that is not responding, a short video is helpful: the power outlet, the cable to the frame, and what happens on the screen or buttons when you try to change the height.

Advice before you order

Are you hesitating between a straight desk, an L-shaped corner desk, or just an electric frame? Send us the available width and depth of the space, the height of your chair if you already have one, and whether you use one or two monitors. We will point you to a model from our range. Your order

After a successful payment, you will receive a confirmation. The delivery time is then 7 to 10 working days in Belgium and the Netherlands. Please report changes to the delivery address as soon as possible, preferably before the package has been handed over to the carrier. An address change is no longer possible once the carrier has accepted the package.

Delivery, returns, and warranty

Business orders

If you are ordering for a company, a practice, or a school, please state the company name, VAT number, and delivery address. We handle quotes and invoices via the same email address. More information can be found on Business ordering.

What you can expect from our response

We answer the question you ask. We do not invent a delivery time shorter than 7 to 10 working days, and we do not promise parts that do not belong to the chosen model. If a feature is listed on the product page, it applies to that model. If it is not listed, we do not assume it is present.

We only send marketing messages if you have given your consent during checkout or in a separate subscription. An order confirmation, a shipping notice, and an answer to your question are not advertising. These emails are part of the execution of your order.
